This formation appears to depict cycles of an eclipse sequence of some kind, but interestingly 8 years after the appearance of this crop circle a rock was found inscribed with the exact same pattern not far from Roswell, New Mexico, USA. The origins for the rock and means of construction are unknown and cannot be verified beyond doubt, but the consensus is it could be a relic left behind from the 1947 Roswell incident. It’s possible that the rock is an elaborate hoax, but thought to be very unlikely, stranger still it’s appearance in a crop field years before and strongly suggests a connection rather than a coincidence.
