This pattern consists of a 5-fold spiral most likely depicting a tropical storm or hurricane, potentially marking the beginning of hurricane season. It appeared on restricted “no trespassing” land owned by the UK Ministry of Defence. The field was was harvested early on August 3rd 2023 to destroy the circle and prevent people from visiting the field. Interestingly it also appeared near one of the 16 chalk white horses.

Interestingly Hurricane Dora formed out of the pacific ocean shortly after this pattern appeared, around 7 days later grazed western USA. Hurricane Dora also developed into a category 4 storm which is depicted in the design with 4 outer rings. While this could be an astounding coincidence, it is undeniable that all of these facts combined, it should be considered a strong candidate for signal status.
